Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef gravy
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 2 tablespoons onions. Shape into 4 oval patties.
    In skillet, cook patties until brown. Spoon off fat; add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
