Meat Loaf Pinwheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1 Egg Beater
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine meat, crumbs, half of process cheese spread, egg and salt.
    Pat out meat mixture to cover 12 x 10-inch rectangle of foil.
    Combine remaining cheese, rice and parsley; spread over meat.
    Roll up, starting at narrow end.
    Wrap securely. Refrigerate several hours or overnight (overnight is best).
    Cut roll into eight even slices; place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
