Ingredients

4 c. assorted berries
1 c. unsweetened orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
mint leaves
Preparation

Puree berries in a blender or food processor with orange juice and sugar.
Pour into a metal bowl; freeze until mushy.
Return to blender or food processor.
Add egg white; process again until light and completely smooth.
Pour into a covered mold or container; freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
