Focaccia (Fo Ka Cho)(Pizza Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation
    Make sponge with water, yeast and 1/2 cup flour.
    Mix for at least 2 minutes.
    Add oil, salt and 1 cup flour and beat until well mixed and fairly stiff.
    Knead on floured surface until pushes back.
    Let rise twice in oiled bowl.
    Roll out on oiled surface and place in pan.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
