Rum-Raisin Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    nutmeg, cinnamon, rum flavoring to taste (about 1/2 Tbsp. each)
    1 gal. can yams
    1/2 c. dark raisins
    1/2 c. white raisins
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat.
    Add sugar and orange juice; simmer.
    Add the next 3 spices, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
