Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely cut rhubarb
    1 c. white sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. oleo or butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and egg yolks together.
    Add this mixture and the butter to the rhubarb; mix thoroughly.
    Cook slowly, stirring often until thickened.
    Cool and pour into baked pie shell; cover with meringue made with the egg whites and additional sugar and brown in a slow oven.
