Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yogurt or sour cream
    1 c. boiling water
    3 oz. lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh fruit
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin, sugar and salt in boiling water (first gelatin).
    Add yogurt or cream and mix with beater well. Refrigerate until thickened but not set.
    Stir in fruit.
    Pour in graham cracker crust.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
