Microwave Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 acorn squash (about 1 1/4 lb. each), halved (seeds and strings removed)
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Place squash halves cut sides down on cutting board.
    Trim 1/4-inch from rounded top of each squash half so that they will stand level when filled.
