Beefsteak Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak (1 1/2 inches thick; shell sirloin)
    1 lb. can tomatoes (undrained)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    6 slices Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Place steak in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour tomatoes and spices over steak.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake until cheese melts and is light brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
    Good winter dish.
