Rocky Road Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 (l oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups half & half
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups minimarshmallows
3/4 cups chopped peanuts or almonds

Preparation

Beat chocolate, Eagle Brand and vanilla.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into freezer container.
Freeze.
Makes 2 quarts.
