Irish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast, cubed to 1 to 1 1/2-inches
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix together soups and sugar, then add meat. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours. Add the mushrooms and continue to bake for 1 1/2 hours.
