Basic Bread Stuffing(For 10 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery
    15 c. soft breadcrumbs (15 slices)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. water, broth or milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo 10 to 15 minutes.
    Combine crumbs with seasonings.
    Combine all and toss lightly.
