Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 sq. chocolate
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine evaporated milk and sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add chocolate; stir until melted.
    Beat until creamy. Remove from heat.
    Stir in butter, vanilla and salt.
    Yields 3 cups.
