Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
1 small onion
1 rib celery, chopped
small amount of green pepper (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
3/4 can water (soup can)
sugar to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Old Bay seafood seasoning to taste
Preparation

Peel shrimp and set aside.
Combine all other ingredients and simmer until onion, pepper and celery are done.
Add as much or as little sugar and Old Bay as you desire.
Add shrimp and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
Serve over white rice.
Serves 4.
