Chicken-Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 1/4 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 oz. ham
2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 oz. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Separate chicken breasts in half.
Pound each piece to flatten.
Place 1/2 ounce ham in each piece, in the middle.
Add 1/2 ounce Monterey Jack cheese on top of the ham.
Fold chicken breast over and seal edges.
Dip each piece in the corn flake crumbs and salt mixture.
Coat well.
Place in shallow baking pan, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Serves 4.
