Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, cooked with peeling on
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Place in long casserole dish. Combine brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, butter flavor and salt. Pour boiling water over and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over potatoes.
Place in oven for 25 or 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until potatoes are brown.
