Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced peaches (if fresh, sweeten to taste)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place sweetened peaches in deep baking dish with lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together; add beaten egg.
Mix with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
Pour melted butter over the crumb mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 or 40 minutes or until crusty and brown.
Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
