Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork loin, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 family size can chicken broth
    4 to 6 fresh garlic cloves
    1 1/2 to 2 c. diced green chilies
    flour/oil roux
    fresh tortillas
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil.
    Stir in chicken broth and garlic.
    Simmer for 3 hours in crock-pot.
    Add green chilies.
    Simmer 1/2 hour. Add flour and oil roux to desired thickness.
    Serve with fresh tortillas.
