Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomatoes with juice
cooked chicken pieces (enough for 6)
white wine or sherry
yellow American cheese
1 medium chopped onion
1 small can stuffed green olives
several slices cooked bacon
dash of olive oil
dash of cayenne pepper
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 medium to large can sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Saute onion and mushrooms in olive oil.
Add tomatoes with some of the juice.
Add olives; simmer.
Add chicken and wine or sherry.
Add cayenne pepper; simmer a few more minutes.
Lightly grease bottom of deep casserole dish with more olive oil.
Place noodles on bottom.
Cover with chicken mixture.
Cover with cheese.
Place bacon on the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 just long enough to melt cheese.
If bacon seems to be getting too crisp, cover with lid the last few minutes.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
