Six Slim Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Line a microwave muffin pan or glass custard cups with paper baking liners.
    Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir with wire whisk.
    Pour water into a one cup glass measure. Add oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Using wire whisk, stir liquids into dry mixture.
    Pour batter into cups.
    Microwave 2 or 2 1/2 minutes on High power or until done when tested with a toothpick.
    Rotate cups once.
    Cool before removing cupcakes to a rack.
