Erie Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. dried chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add sour cream and cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Add chives.
    Pour into lightly buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until golden.
