Rhubarb Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb
    2 c. sugar
    5 salted crackers
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cut rhubarb fine; add rolled crackers, sugar and beaten egg yolks.
    Beat whites of eggs light and fold into mixture.
    Bake in 1 crust until knife comes out clean.
    When cold cover with whipped cream.
