Candy Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
4 canned sweet potatoes

Preparation

Mix sugar, butter, water and salt in heavy skillet.
Cook until bubbly.
Add sweet potatoes and cook slowly, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
