Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 (1-inch) pork chops (center loin)
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Mix in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved.
Add chops one at a time, then place chops in large Ziploc bags.
Pour remaining sauce in bags with chops and let stand overnight.
Ready to grill next day on medium coals, turning frequently, for 30 to 45 minutes.
