Turkey Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 c. cooked turkey
    1 1/2 c. onions
    2 c. celery
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut onion fine and celery.
    Brown in 1/4 pound or less of margarine.
    Add turkey to mix.
    Mix, then add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, tomato sauce and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Can be frozen.
