Layered Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese, softened
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitutes)
1 c. sour cream (may use fat-free)
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. Amaretto or almond extract
2 c. sliced peaches, sprinkled with 1 Tbsp. Amaretto and lightly dusted with nutmeg
2 c. halved green seedless grapes
2 c. blueberries
2 c. sliced strawberries, slightly sweetened with 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and beat until well blended and spreadable.
In a glass bowl, layer the remaining ingredients in order given.
Spread dressing evenly over fruit, sealing to edges of dish.
Dust with nutmeg; cover tightly with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Serve on lettuce as a salad or use as a dessert.
