Italian Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw Italian sausage
    10 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Bisquick (about 1 to 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix enough Bisquick with sausage and cheese to form a medium consistency dough.
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Space 1-inch apart on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn balls over and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
