Corn Puppies(Recipe For Kids) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 hot dogs, cut in 1/2-inch slices
1/2 c. complete pancake mix
1/2 c. corn meal
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk or water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with oil and water.
Coat the slices of hot dogs with mix. Either bake like a pancake or deep fry the coated hot dog slices.
These are bite size corn dogs. Serve with mustard or ketchup.
Serves 2.
