Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour over fresh vegetables.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Stir often to coat well.
    Drain before serving (liquid you drain may be frozen and used again).
    When using hard vegetables, i.e., carrots, cauliflower or broccoli, parboil slightly.
