Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter and margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Let potatoes thaw, then mix with all ingredients except cheese.
    Cook 1 hour covered at 350\u00b0.
    Add grated cheese and let cook 30 minutes longer (uncovered).
