Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 c. cranberries, chopped
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Add orange rind; mix. Combine orange juice, egg and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until flour is moistened.
Fold in cranberries. Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or less.
Yield: 1 loaf.
