Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. mushrooms
    1 1/2 qt. rich chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and peel 1 quart mushrooms and cut into dices.
    Stir into them the 1 1/2 quarts of chicken broth, then add the flour to thicken soup.
    Cream the soup with the butter, then add salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 45 minutes.
    Garnish with croutons.
