Company Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. oats
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 qt. V-8 juice
2 cans mushroom soup or mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Form into football shape balls. Roll lightly in flour and brown in skillet.
(The balls may be frozen at this point.)
Put in roaster and cover with remaining ingredients that have been mixed together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Baking time may vary according to size of meat balls.
