Salmon Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon
    1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. each plain yogurt and mayonnaise
    salt
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    2/3 c. frozen peas
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove bones and skin.
    Flake into a bowl and mix with onion, zucchini, peas, cheese and dill weed.
    Beat eggs with yogurt and mayonnaise; stir into salmon mixture. Salt lightly to taste and turn into the pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until filling has set and is lightly browned.
    Serves 4 to 6.
