Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 packet Herb-Ox beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. water (cornstarch mixed with water to thicken)
6 large red potatoes
1 pat butter and milk
1 can corn
Preparation

Brown ground beef in pan.
Drain off fat. Add onions, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in water.
Bring to a boil and add cornstarch mixture to thicken.
Cover and let meat simmer for 20 minutes. Peel and cook potatoes.
Remove from heat. Drain water and add salt, pepper, butter and milk.
Mash potatoes.
In large casserole dish, layer meat mixture on bottom, place corn over meat layer and top everything with mashed potatoes.
Cover pie and place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Works great made ahead of time for coming in late from a hockey game!
