Pavlova - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
1/2 Tbsp. cornflour (cornstarch)
Preparation

Beat egg whites with pinch of salt for 6 minutes or so until very stiff.
Gradually add sugar, vinegar and vanilla while continuing to beat.
Sift cornflour and fold in lightly.
Wet plate with cold water, then heap mixture onto damp surface. Preheat oven at 400\u00b0.
Set at 200\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 and bake undisturbed for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Do not allow to go brown, if it does your oven is too hot.
