Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. milk or maybe a little more
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, salt and baking powder which have been sifted together. Mix in sweet potatoes and add enough milk to make a dough stiff enough to handle and roll. Roll out on floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes. Do not let them Burn!
