Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cooking apples, quartered
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a well greased dish, place apples.
    Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
    Add butter using a pastry blender until crumbly.
    Pack closely over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is brown.
