Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. cubed cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon cooked crispy
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in a large pot with skin on.
    Let cool, peel, and cube potatoes.
    Mix potatoes with onions, cheese, and mayonnaise.
    Pour into a 9 1/2 x 13 inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cooked bacon on top and bake 1 hour in a 325\u00b0 oven.
