Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
16 oz. pkg. Tater Tots
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion.
Drain off fat and add a few tablespoons of water.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Add Tater Tots on top and then spread soup over Tater Tots.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and brown for 15 minutes.
