Buttermilk Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cut up
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. margarine
    flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk and roll in seasoned flour. Melt margarine in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put chicken in pan, skin side down.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and bake 15 minutes.
    Mix remaining buttermilk with soup and pour around chicken.
    Bake about 25 minutes more or until tender.
