Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetables of your choice (for ex.: mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, cucumber)
    1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake pizza crust according to package directions.
    Whip cream cheese, sugar and sour cream together.
    Spread on pizza. Wash and drain vegetables; cut up and place on top raw.
