No-Fat Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained
3 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. grated onion
dash of Worcestershire sauce
