Glazed Apricot Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
3 cans (16 oz. each) whole sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
Preparation

In large
saucepan
bring
to a boil apricot and next 5 ingredients.
Boil\tgently 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low; add potatoes and
stir\tgently\tto
coat.
Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes
until
potatoes are heated through.
Place in serving dish and garnish with lemon peel.
Makes 12 servings.
