Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    1/2 block butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    pinch of salt
    2 or 3 shakes cream of tartar
Preparation
    Cook sugar, salt and milk until a rolling boil. Add butter and stir until butter is melted. Turn off heat and beat until mixture begins to get thick. Add pecans, vanilla and cream of tartar. Drop by teaspoon on wax paper or foil and let cool.
