Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 egg yolks
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk or cream
    1 lump butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk in top of double boiler. Add cocoa.
    In a separate bowl, dissolve flour in 2 tablespoons milk.
    Add salt and sugar. Add these ingredients to the milk in double boiler; cook and stir for 15 minutes.
    Pour a small quantity over 2 beaten egg yolks. Beat and add to mixture in double boiler; stir and cook custard for 3 minutes.
    Add lump of butter and vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue and brown in hot oven.
