Egg Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
soup or broth
Preparation
-
Add salt and milk to beaten egg and stir into flour to form smooth batter.
Drop by teaspoon into soup or broth and cook 15 minutes.
Be careful not to lift the lid during cooking.
