Pineapple Crunch - cooking recipe

56 Ritz crackers
6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Crumble crackers.
Beat egg whites with baking powder until foamy.
Add sugar; beat until stiff.
Add cracker crumbs and pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top with topping.
