Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 leeks or 1 bunch green onions
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Cube potatoes and cut leeks or onions into small pieces. Combine in soup pot.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add water just to cover.
    Cook until potatoes are done; puree.
    Cool and add sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot or warm.
