Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 handfuls vermicelli, broken into small pieces
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 small box Uncle Ben's long grain rice
    2 cans clear chicken broth
    2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium/large saucepan.
    Brown vermicelli in margarine. Add allspice, rice, chicken broth and bouillon. Cover tightly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all of the broth is absorbed and rice is tender (about 25 to 30 minutes).
